Dayenne Gomes
anxiety and stress coach
Stress often starts very innocently.
Perhaps you notice that you are tired more often. That your mind keeps racing, even when you finally sit down on the couch. That you get irritated more easily or have trouble relaxing. You tell yourself: “It’s just a busy period.”
But that period never seems to really end.
Slowly, stress ceases to be a temporary reaction and becomes a constant presence in your life.
Your body sends signals — tension in your shoulders, a restless feeling in your stomach, poor sleep. Your thoughts become busier, more critical, sometimes even overwhelming. And before you know it, you are mostly surviving instead of truly living.
What many people don't know is that stress has not only to do with what happens outside of you, but especially with what happens inside.
The way you think.
The pressure you put on yourself.
The fear of not doing it well enough.
The need to keep everything under control.
And that is precisely where the key to change lies.
As a coach, I help you experience peace in your mind and body again. Not by simply telling you to “relax,” but by looking together at the deeper cause of your stress.
We are working on:
-
Recognizing your stress signals
-
Gaining insight into your thoughts and patterns
-
Learning to cope with tension and anxiety
-
Restoring peace, balance, and self-confidence
My guidance is personal, safe, and non-judgmental. You don't have to do it alone.
Imagine that you again:
-
experience peace of mind
-
sleeps better
-
have more energy
-
Makes choices based on trust instead of fear
That is possible.
Stress doesn't have to take control of your life. You can take the lead again.
And I would be happy to help you with that.
