Sports coaching
Do you feel that there is more in you than you are currently showing in your sport? Do you notice that fear of failure, insecurity, or other limiting thoughts are holding you back? Or do you keep making the same mistakes because you hold certain beliefs about yourself deep down?
Then I would be happy to look at what is really going on together with you.
In my practice, we don't just work on focus, self-confidence, and better performance. We also look at the underlying patterns. Where do they come from? What happens in your mind and body when pressure mounts? And what do you need to learn to deal with it differently?
Therefore, I work not only through conversations but also body-oriented. Because sometimes your head knows very well what you should do, while your body reveals something different at the decisive moment.
I have competed at a high level in equestrian sports myself, and I know how much pressure can come with it. Pressure from the outside, expectations from others, but also the pressure you put on yourself.
For me, therefore, sports coaching is not just about performing better. It is also about understanding what holds you back, learning to trust yourself, and becoming stronger in how you handle tension and performance pressure.
So that you can not only perform better, but also feel better on the way there.
